Brainstorm and turn direction into a plan: Recall constraints and prior decisions, explore distinct options, challenge assumptions, and convert the approved direction into evidence-gated project and execution plans. Prompt: “Brainstorm the strongest approaches, then turn the approved direction into a project plan.”
Review plans and audit progress: Compare a proposal or progress report with saved decisions and current evidence, separating verified work from drift, gaps, risks, and unsupported claims. Prompt: “Review this plan and progress against what we already decided and what the evidence proves.”
Distill durable outcomes: Preserve decisions, rationale, TODOs, verified results, and the exact next action without archiving the raw conversation. Prompt: “Turn this conversation into durable memory and prepare a restart brief.”
Resume and hand off across agents: Reconcile the latest XMemo checkpoint with live project state, then prepare a provenance-rich handoff for another session or compatible AI agent. Prompt: “Bring me up to speed from the latest verified state and prepare the next safe action.”
